The Living and Learning Center (LLC) at Simmons University is the third and final phase of a multi-phased construction project, One Simmons. The new LLC features 1,100 student beds located on the top 14 stories of the structure, followed by a two-story dining facility, a three-story NCAA athletic and recreation center, and a green roof deck. The lateral system consists of a central concrete core and additional braced frames at the building ends to help with twisting.
