Solitair Brickell is a 50-story residential tower with an angular, basket-weave façade inspired by the texture of the Medjool date palm tree, commonly found in South Florida. The design and orientation avoids direct sunlight, solar radiation and incorporates wells to repurpose storm water. There are 438 apartments, most with zig-zagged and serrated balconies that make up the façade. Reaching 555 feet, the 50th-floor amenities deck includes one of the highest rooftop pools in Miami. In addition to the top floor amenities, the 10th floor consists of a fitness center, outdoor yoga space, spa and sauna room. There are 6,200 SF of retail at the base and a seven-story garage podium with parking for 463 vehicles.
