4 West Las Olas is a 25-story riverfront luxury apartment tower in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The program consists of 237,278 SF of residential space with select units offering sweeping balconies. An accompanying 12,497 SF of walkable retail space resides along the base and a pool amenities deck tops the 272-foot structure. A pre-existing seven-story on-site parking garage was renovated for the new tower.
