840 Columbus Avenue is a 23-story student residence located on Northeastern University’s campus. The 445,000 SF structure includes 1,215 beds on the top stories of the building. The base of the building is supported by a podium that contains 11,000 SF of community space and 4,000 SF of retail space. This project consolidates Northeastern University’s outdated housing options, joining our previously completed building LightView.
