The New Balance World Headquarters is a 290,000 SF sneaker-inspired building. The seven-story building offers a modern atrium with an interactive Visitor Engagement Center. Featured is a sculpture with multiple triangular pieces twisting from floor to ceiling supported by a chicken foot inspired tripod base, representing the company’s trinity of values. The Class A office space has expansive floor plates, abundant light and collaborative work space. There is 20,000 SF of retail space, including a New Balance Experience Store. There is structured parking for 1,200 cars, a green roof and terrace space. This is the first project in the US—and only the third worldwide—to achieve a LEED CS Platinum rating for all Indoor Environmental Quality credits.
