Located on the edge of Harvard University’s Cambridge campus, the housing at 5 Cowperthwaite Street brings much needed graduate living to the Riverside neighborhood. The six-story residence hall features 145 apartment units accompanied by a fitness facility, multiple common areas and a luxury director’s suite. The façade consists of brick, copper, limestone and granite, intended to relate to the existing Harvard campus. The 208,000 SF facility includes 189 vehicle spaces and 104 bicycle spots in a three-story below-grade parking garage.
