Northeastern University’s East Village marks the first purpose-built private student residence in Boston, Massachusetts. The 17-story tower consists of 720 beds and 220,000 SF, which includes four classrooms and a multi-purpose event room. Floors 2-12 are dedicated to the Freshman Honors Program while 13-16 are upperclassmen apartments. The façade is made up of precast concrete and metal panels. Surrounding improvements were made to the area, creating an enhanced entrance to the campus.
