Waterstone of Lexington is a 213,000 SF senior housing community situated on 14 acres on the west side of Watertown Street in Lexington, Massachusetts. The five-story building was constructed with wood framing built over a concrete/steel podium on a sloped site. The development consists of 156 units divided between 116 independent living units and 40 assisted living units, each with their own amenity spaces.
