The Vertex Pedestrian Bridge at Innovation Square is a 1,440 SF glass-enclosed bridge spanning 104 feet across Northern Avenue. The structure links the third floors of two McSal-designed Vertex Pharmaceuticals buildings, the Jeffrey Leiden Center for Biologics, Cell and Genetic Therapies I and Jeffrey Leiden Center for Biologics, Cell and Genetic Therapies II, allowing the controlled passage of ground-breaking research and development work between the spaces.
