Union Crossing is a seven-story mixed-use building in the South Bronx, New York. Originally built as a major baking facility for A&P, the building then served as the world’s largest warehouse and rebuilding facility for food processing until its most recent transformation. Now home to a legion of businesses, Union Crossing consists of 280,000 SF of office, studio, retail, and event space. Light-filled and loft-like floor plates offer flexible working spaces and several floors feature water and skyline views. A 7,500 SF roof deck tops the complex and a retail corridor resides on the ground level.
