Marieta Denver at 1717 N Washington Street is a five-story residential building in Denver, Colorado. The 48,000 SF structure features 35 units along with a 7,500 SF parking garage and ground floor retail space. The first story is cast-in-place concrete followed by light frame wood construction above with three Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) cores enclosing the stair and elevator shafts.
The Analog Devices – World Headquarters is an expansion of their previously existing campus in Wilmington, Massachusetts. The project included renovations to the existing buildings in addition to two new campus buildings. The new three-story office and laboratory building features 174,000 SF of office and flexible research and laboratory space. A new three-story Community Hub includes 52,000 SF of amenities that further connects to the campus via second-story pedestrian bridges.
The Centura St. Francis Hospital – Interquest in Colorado Springs is a new facility specializing in orthopedic and spine care. The four-story, 140,000 SF hospital features 64 inpatient beds, eight critical care beds, a 14-bed emergency department, 10 operating rooms with robotic equipment and 30 beds for surgical preparation and recovery. The tilt-up precast concrete panels that create much of the exterior are the tallest in the state of Colorado and some of the tallest in the country.
101 College Street joins our previously existing 100 College Street building in New Haven, Connecticut. The 10-story structure includes 500,000 SF of laboratory, office, and life science incubator space. There will be four pedestrian bridges connecting to two existing parking garages.
