The Residences are a branded addition to the existing Ritz-Carlton resort that sits 300 feet away, and is linked on the third story for easy access to hotel amenities. The residential tower was constructed at a distinctive angle to provide both a visually intriguing element and to provide unobstructed views of the water. Wide cantilevered balconies circle the building and provide all units with an outdoor space. The tower includes 73 units, each with private elevators that open directly into the foyer of each residence.
