The Heights at Haverhill is a 65,000 SF mixed-use building in downtown Haverhill, Massachusetts. The 10-story structure features 42 apartment units on floors four through nine, each with a private terrace. Below the residential program resides two stories of classrooms, offices and teaching kitchens for Northern Essex Community College’s Culinary Arts Certificate program. The façade consists of cantilevers of high-performance glass, precast concrete rainscreens, and wood soffits.
