The Alcott (Garden Garage) is a 44-story, 447-foot residential building in Boston’s West End. The structure was built on the site of a previously existing 650-space garage, which was replaced with a five-story below-grade 830-space garage. The residential program consists of 470 units, accompanied by 20,000 SF of common resident amenities. Along the ground floor are 2,300 SF of retail space. In addition, the sidewalks and landscaping were improved in the surrounding area.
