The 170-foot hotel consists of 380 guestrooms within 129,655 SF. A 20,000 SF rooftop terrace sits on the top of the podium for the office tenants and hotel guests. The site offers 150 vehicle spaces in a two-story below-grade parking garage. The project renovated and reopened the Hynes Convention Center MBTA Station stop and a pedestrian tunnel, improving the streetscape, access and safety.
One Congress Street is a 43-story Class A office tower that is the anchor of the Bulfinch Crossing renewal. The 600-foot tower has 1,000,000 SF of office space. The façade is completed with a curved and gently tapered design and glass-and-steel curtain wall, contemporary in spirit. A one-acre private landscaped terrace located on the 11th-floor for employees is included, along with a fitness center and upscale food and beverage offerings. The three-story grand lobby and the additional 10,800 SF of ground-floor retail space associated with the building are integrated into a dynamic experience, connecting it to the streetscape of the mixed-use destination.
The Sudbury is a 45-story residential tower, part of the Bulfinch Crossing redevelopment and marking its first completed phase. The structure houses 423 units, featuring 368 rental apartments and 55 condominiums on the top 11 floors. Amenities featured include a ninth-floor outdoor pool deck, 32nd-floor sky lounge with sky terrace and 45th-floor roof deck. The building height reaches 480 feet, completed with 1,000 SF of retail space at the base. The pin-striped façade is a notable element of one of the tallest residential towers in Boston, offering 360-degree views.
South Station Tower is an air rights project built above South Station, New England’s largest intermodal station. The 51-story mixed-use building is an 1,000,000 SF addition to the densely traveled transportation hub. The project includes 711,500 SF of office space, accompanied by 166 condo units, and 6,000 SF of ground-floor retail space. The six-level parking structure accommodates parking for approximately 895 cars. The design also features an illuminated crown structure at the top—a prominent feature on the Boston skyline.
