Sweetbird North is an eight-story mixed-use building in the heart of Miami’s Design District. The 120,000 SF structure is complete with a distinctive façade that serves not only as an architectural design but also utilizes an innovative coiled stainless-steel mesh screen, serving as a structural guardrail, solar shading element, and certified hurricane-resistant façade. There is retail on the first two stories, followed by flexible office space on the remaining levels.
