100 Las Olas is Fort Lauderdale’s tallest building, measuring 499 feet. It is comprised of a 121-unit residence and a 238-key Hyatt Centric hotel. The 45-story building offers retail at the base and five levels of parking with spots for 485 cars. The 16th story features resident amenities such as a fitness center, clubroom, newsroom and resort-style pool. The private residences span from the 16th-46th floors. The Hyatt hotel rooms complete the 8th-15th floors, with an 8th floor amenity space including a pool plaza, meeting space and ballroom. The curved geometric shape is made of steel and glass to create the feeling of transparency.
AdventHealth Tampa underwent the largest surgical expansion in Tampa Bay history. After demolishing the Florida Hospital Fletcher Avenue Medical Building, a six-story, 300,000 SF patient and surgical tower was constructed. Designed to treat patients with more complex cases, The Taneja Center for Innovative Surgery includes 96 beds and 18 operating rooms. Notable features include a new Central Sterile Department and a two-story main entryway and canopy. The project incorporates public space for registration, waiting, coffee/deli, chapel and offices. This building was structured to support a future three-story vertical addition. A 20,000 SF Central Energy Plant was built on site for the new tower, as well as the anticipated future expansion.
River Landing is a 2,000,000 SF development consisting of residences, office, retail, parking and entertainment. Two residential towers—one 25-story and one 27-story—reside atop a 12-story parking garage that offers 2,200 spaces. In total, the complex has 528 units and, between the towers, sits a tropical landscaped amenities deck, an Olympic-sized lap pool, and a spa. The separate seven-story structure is the power center of River Landing, offering 345,000 SF of retail on four stories and 136,000 SF of office space on the remaining three stories. The retail component has a steel-frame skin with glass and precast concrete, while the residential towers and garage are composed of a concrete structure with glass, block and stucco.
ONE St. Petersburg is a mixed-use waterfront building in Downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. Topped out at 41 stories, the building is the tallest within the city limits. The tower sits on one full city block encompassing a total of 950,000 SF. The building includes 253 luxury residences and a 174-key Hyatt Place hotel. The Hyatt Hotel occupies 13 stories on the back side of the structure, connected to the 41-story tower by a parking garage. The Residences at ONE St. Petersburg offer floor-to-ceiling windows and terraces with stunning views. Atop the garage sits a 40,000 SF private elevated resort deck featuring a fitness center, resort style pool, and social and game rooms for the residences. The streetscape is lined with 17,000 SF of retail.
