Mr. Shannon has over 15 years of structural engineering experience serving laboratory, office, hospitality, and high-rise residential clients. He has led project teams in master planning, design, contract drawing documentation, and construction administration for projects requiring complex and efficient coordination and fast-tracked schedules. He has developed and honed the necessary collaborative skills in project management over the past 10 years, exhibiting quality leadership in an essential role for some of our top Boston ventures including SCAPE USA, the CambridgeSide Redevelopment, and the Encore Boston Harbor Resort.

74 Middlesex Avenue

74 Middlesex Avenue (74M) is an 18-story Class A laboratory, office, and R&D building located at the edge of Assembly Square in Somerville, Massachusetts. The 465,000 SF structure includes four stories of below-grade parking for up to 350 vehicles. In addition, 27,000 SF of retail use resides at the base of the tower.

Analog Devices World Headquarters

The Analog Devices – World Headquarters is an expansion of their previously existing campus in Wilmington, Massachusetts. The project included renovations to the existing buildings in addition to two new campus buildings. The new three-story office and laboratory building features 174,000 SF of office and flexible research and laboratory space. A new three-story Community Hub includes 52,000 SF of amenities that further connects to the campus via second-story pedestrian bridges.

Encore Boston Harbor

Encore Boston Harbor is a 3,000,000 SF resort and casino sitting on a 30-acre site along the Mystic River in Everett, Massachusetts. The five-star resort features a 210,000 SF gaming facility with 3,200 slot machines and 160 gaming tables. The 27-story, 350-foot curved glass tower contains 671 luxury hotel rooms with a standard room size of 600 SF. The complex offers numerous retail and restaurant spaces as well as a spa and health club. A three-story underground garage offers on-site parking for 3,000 cars. In addition, the location features a six-acre Encore Harborwalk, which includes 24/7 access to a public park that has a 21,000 SF outdoor waterfront event lawn and a boat dock with sweeping views of the Boston skyline.

10 + 20 CityPoint

10 + 20 CityPoint is a two-building, Class A office development totaling approximately 445,000 SF. The first building, 10 CityPoint, was completed in Summer 2016 and features approximately 241,460 SF of office space. The second building, 20 CityPoint, is also a six-story complex that contains approximately 200,000 SF of office space and retail on the first floor. Two long span pedestrian bridges provide interconnectivity between the office buildings and also provide access to the new eight-level precast concrete parking garage. Tenants include Wolverine Worldwide Headquarters, the new headquarters for Simpson Gumpertz & Heger, INFINIDAT, and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse.
