Sepia is an eight-story residential building part of the larger Ink Block development. Located on the site of the former Boston Herald in The South End, there are a total of 83 luxury units with layouts from studio to three-bedroom options. Sepia offers a fitness center, residents’ lounge with kitchen, bike storage, underground parking and a rooftop pool and sun deck. There is an additional 10,000 SF of retail along the base, contributing to the rebuilding of Harrison Avenue. This condominium was the second completed phase of the overall Ink Block complex.
