610 Main Street is home to Pfizer Pharmaceuticals’ two-building office. Located just steps away from MIT’s Kendall Square, the campus is positioned to facilitate innovative MIT-Pfizer collaborations. These buildings allow for the company to pursue cutting-edge research and development in its Neuroscience Research unit and its Cardiovascular, Metabolic, and Endocrine Diseases (CVMED) unit. As a complex, the buildings at 610 Main Street South and North encompass a total of 500,000 SF of state-of-the-art space, including offices, laboratories, a three-story, 650-car below-grade garage, and 10,000 SF of retail on Main Street. A pedestrian bridge connects the two buildings across two stories.
