The Pavilion at Riverwalk is an 80,000 SF mixed-use structure adjacent to the Merrimack River in Lawrence, Massachusetts. The complex features a three-story precast concrete parking garage with 1,200-spaces topped with a regulation-size sports field. The development also includes a full-service conference and event center, corporate offices and a waterfront restaurant.
