One Congress Street is a 43-story Class A office tower that is the anchor of the Bulfinch Crossing renewal. The 600-foot tower has 1,000,000 SF of office space. 80 Guest Street at Boston Landing is a 486,000 SF mixed-use building. The structure is home to the 55,000 SF Warrior Ice Arena, which serves as the official Boston Bruins practice facility.
