The façade is completed with a curved and gently tapered design and glass-and-steel curtain wall, contemporary in spirit. A one-acre private landscaped terrace located on the 11th-floor for employees is included, along with a fitness center and upscale food and beverage offerings. The three-story grand lobby and the additional 10,800 SF of ground-floor retail space associated with the building are integrated into a dynamic experience, connecting it to the streetscape of the mixed-use destination.
The Sudbury is a 45-story residential tower, part of the Bulfinch Crossing redevelopment and marking its first completed phase. The structure houses 423 units, featuring 368 rental apartments and 55 condominiums on the top 11 floors. Amenities featured include a ninth-floor outdoor pool deck, 32nd-floor sky lounge with sky terrace and 45th-floor roof deck. The building height reaches 480 feet, completed with 1,000 SF of retail space at the base. The pin-striped façade is a notable element of one of the tallest residential towers in Boston, offering 360-degree views.
80 Guest Street at Boston Landing is a 486,000 SF mixed-use building. The structure is home to the 55,000 SF Warrior Ice Arena, which serves as the official Boston Bruins practice facility. This rink marks the first public hockey arena constructed within city limits in the last 40 years. 80 Guest Street further offers 230,000 SF of Class A office and laboratory space in an adjacent 10-story building attached to the arena. A total of 12,000 SF of ground-floor retail and three stories of structured parking complete the development.

The 12-story structure was constructed completely over, and straddling, the I-93 cut and a portion of the MBTA green line tunnel. The residential program consists of 286 units accompanied by 17,000 SF of ground-floor retail. Located across the street from TD Garden, the Victor features a full-scale athletic center and an indoor basketball court, further connecting the apartment complex to its sports-minded neighborhood.
