315 Northern Avenue is a 500,000 SF mixed-use development part of the larger Seaport Square complex in Boston’s Seaport District. There are two buildings located on site: a 12-story Hyatt Place hotel and Ora Seaport, a 12-story residential structure. The 294-key Hyatt Place is topped with a rooftop pool and fitness center. Ora Seaport includes 304 units, as well as a rooftop pool, club room and terrace. Combined, there are 12,000 SF of flex/innovation office space, 18,000 SF of retail and restaurant offerings, and a one-story below-grade garage with 450 spaces within the complex.
