Boston Children’s Hospital’s redevelopment of Brookline Place consists of a replaced parking garage, an addition to One Brookline Place and a new building at Two Brookline Place. First, the previously existing four-story garage was demolished to make way for the new seven-story, 683-space garage which accommodates both buildings. One Brookline Place received a six-story, 47,000 SF medical office use addition to the previously existing building, which remained open during construction. Two Brookline Place is a new eight-story, 182,000 SF medical office and ambulatory care building with ground-floor retail. Brookline Place meets the growing needs of patients in a more convenient setting compared to the Longwood campus.
