Nautilus 220 is a 1,150,000 SF waterfront mixed-use development in Lake Park, Florida, that consists of two 24-story twin towers. A total of 330 luxury condominiums complete the residential program. The towers sit atop a shared four-story podium that consists of five stories of parking with 875 spaces, 22,608 SF of retail space, and 13,000 SF of flexible office space. A resort pool, lap pool, and deck are located atop the podium, accessible from the fifth story of both residences.
