Mr. Muniz has over twelve years of structural engineering experience, with the last year and a half at McNamara • Salvia in our West Palm Beach office. His experience primarily includes historical preservation, renovation & adaptive reuse, residential, tall buildings, and commercial properties. Javier is highly skilled in wood framing, steel, and concrete design. He has successfully led project teams of various sizes from concept and design through implementation and construction.

One West Palm

One West Palm is a mixed-use complex consisting of two sister towers in West Palm Beach, Florida. The 30-story towers are 426-feet, reaching the tallest height in the city. One tower consists solely of 326 luxury units. The sister tower contains 200,000 SF of Class A ofﬁ ce space on the top 15 stories, above a 201-key all-suites hotel on bottom 15 stories. Amenities consist of a 10,000 SF ﬁ tness club, spa, movie theater, indoor pool, two outdoor pools, 25,000 SF of meeting space and indoor tennis courts. An eight-story podium connects the two buildings with a façade featuring lush greenery stretching from the top to the bottom of the structure. The podium includes six levels of parking with one below-grade level. On the ground ﬂ oor reside 20,000 SF of shops, a daycare center, restaurants, and corner parks.
