Jeffrey Leiden Center for Biologics, Cell and Genetic Therapies II at Innovation Square (Leiden II) is a seven-story research and development building within Seaport’s Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. The 319,000 SF life science building is the first in Boston to achieve both LEED Platinum and LEED Zero Carbon certifications. Vertex Pharmaceuticals’ Leiden II fully occupies the complex, joining our previously completed buildings for Vertex Pharmaceuticals, including Leiden I, which is connected via a pedestrian bridge on the third floors of both structures. We also completed the structures for Vertex Pharmaceutical at Fan Pier‘s two-building 18-story campus in Seaport.
