Jade Signature is a slender 63-story parallelogram-shaped residential tower sitting along 300-feet of ocean-front on Sunny Isles Beach. The 636-foot building was built at a slight angle, allowing the pools and sundeck to receive the maximum amount of sun during the day. There are 192 units with flow-through floor layouts and ceiling heights reaching 10 feet or higher. The apartments offer uninterrupted views of the ocean and city with the use of non-reflective glass walls, which open to wide balconies that are divided and bolstered with curved white columns. A three-story below-grade garage buried 40-feet below sea level offers 400 spaces. The entrance and two-story lobby are seamlessly connected to the pool deck and beachfront.
