The 20-story structure includes 424 guestrooms and 130 condominium units on the upper levels. In addition to residential units, 950,000 SF of space includes abundant meeting space, a full-service spa, fitness center, pool, as well as retail and restaurant offerings. The all-glass, curved façade of the luxury building allows for floor to ceiling windows, ample light and spectacular views of the city and waterfront. InterContinental uses the ventilation system for the I-93 Central Artery as part of the design. On site, 375 spaces reside in a below-grade parking garage.
