Cambridge-based Indigo Agriculture’s new headquarters occupies the entire second floor’s northeast corner of 500 Rutherford Avenue in Charlestown’s Hood Park. Its premise surrounds a two-story glass atrium that faces Sullivan Square. The renovated warehouse space now vaunts Indigo’s 65,000 SF of Class A office space and laboratories in support of the company’s research and development. The fit-out entailed a 250-seat presentation room, environmental rooms, an office support area, and other specialized equipment in the area of crop production.
