HubSpot’s global headquarters located in Cambridge, Massachusetts was renovated and expanded to better support the HubSpot office ecosystem. Originally constructed in 1860 as a furniture factory, The Davenport Building at 25 First Street underwent a phased in-place renovation, allowing for occupancy throughout construction. To further meet the needs of the company, the corporate campus was expanded to the first two stories and 60,000 SF of the adjacent 2 Canal office building. Amenities differentiate between each building to create continuity and a community among the offices.
