The Higher One corporate headquarters is a 150,000 SF renovation, adaptive reuse, and fit-out project in New Haven, Connecticut. The project incorporates Buildings 29 and 30, built in 1915 as part of the Winchester Repeating Arms factory, which were renovated into a modernized facility for the company. A four-story glass atrium addition connects the two existing historic structures, creating a new entry and circulation core.
