Mr. Fink has over 17 years of high-rise structural engineering experience and joined McNamara • Salvia’s New York office in 2021. Marcus is a specialist in finite-element analysis and lateral system design of high-rise buildings, stadiums, airports, and educational institutions in wind and seismic environments, which he applied to developments such as World Trade Center Tower 3, One Madison Park, Citi Field, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, to name a few. He works closely with clients, architects, contractors, and project teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely project deliverables.

65-75 Dupont is a 400,000 SF residential development in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The eight-story complex consists of two separate but interconnected structures and features 471 residences, with 143 designated for affordable housing.
