Echelon Seaport is a three-building residential complex that completes 1,300,000 SF of Boston’s Seaport Square development. A total of 717 residential units and 125,000 SF of accompanying retail and restaurant space are anchored by a central courtyard and pedestrian mall. Multiple passages are found within the plaza featuring a landmark bridge, multi-level outdoor seating, artwork and tree canopies. The three buildings vary in massing, heights and materials to reflect Boston’s diverse infrastructure.
