Flow Brickell at The River District consists of a 640-foot tower located in Miami, Florida and is Phase One of a multi-phased development. The 54-story structure features 632 residential units along with over 600 parking spaces. Phase One also features two, two-story retail buildings encompassing a total of 18,000 SF along the river’s edge.
Pier Sixty-Six is an iconic waterfront property with a residential program on the North end consisting of four low-rise villa buildings and two 11-story condominium buildings. The two condominium towers consist of 58-units total with a three-story podium base and eight stories atop. The podium consists of a combined 62,000 SF of office and retail space that creates the Marina Promenade along the waterfront. Three stories of parking for 673 vehicles reside in the podium and a 5,000 SF single-story amenities building sits adjacent to the towers. Located on the northern portion of the site are the four villas, each four stories. Three of the villas consist of 12 units, and one has three units, all accompanied by 77 structured parking spaces.
The Ursa is Miami’s Design District’s first new Class A+ office building, located at the corner of North Miami Avenue and NE 30th Street. The 15-story structure includes 180,000 SF of office space and a rooftop garden deck, retail on the ground level, followed by three stories of parking. The exterior features staggering green terraces around the perimeter.
River Landing is a 2,000,000 SF development consisting of residences, office, retail, parking and entertainment. Two residential towers—one 25-story and one 27-story—reside atop a 12-story parking garage that offers 2,200 spaces. In total, the complex has 528 units and, between the towers, sits a tropical landscaped amenities deck, an Olympic-sized lap pool, and a spa. The separate seven-story structure is the power center of River Landing, offering 345,000 SF of retail on four stories and 136,000 SF of office space on the remaining three stories. The retail component has a steel-frame skin with glass and precast concrete, while the residential towers and garage are composed of a concrete structure with glass, block and stucco.
