Mr. Connolly is a Senior Associate in McNamara Salvia’s New York office. He has significant experience working on complex, large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders. He has worked on a wide range of projects throughout the New York City area and along the East Coast, including high-rise commercial and residential buildings, as well as healthcare, institutional, retail, and adaptive reuse projects. His attention to detail and proactive collaboration with the design team have been key to the success of numerous projects as represented below.

Oskar is a 13-story luxury rental property in the Hell’s Kitchen district of New York, New York. The 183,000 SF residential complex encompasses 164 light-filled and modern units. The façade is clad in a white terracotta rainscreen. The lower levels are designed to provide air flow within the building through windows set in an exterior frame forming an angled bay. Upper levels feature window-walls with metal slab edge accents and curved setbacks starting at level nine. The property includes a 3,700 SF lobby, a courtyard featuring a skylit reflecting pool, a fitness center, a landscaped roof deck, and 10,000 SF of virtually column-free ground-floor retail space.
95 Greene Street transformed a former eight-story, 340,000 SF office building into a state-of-the-art, lab-ready life science development. The renovation and upgrades to the site feature space suited for life sciences, pharmaceutical, green tech, ag-tech, healthcare, and medical tenants.
71 White Street is a hotel that was renovated from a 1930’s manufacturing building in the East Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. The 79,365 SF structure features eight stories and 100 keys. It was built using a partially re-used base structure and consists of steel trusses and cantilevers, column free spaces, long spans and overhangs. The graffitied façade and brick wall perimeters of the building were retained to preserve the site’s character. Retail is located on the lower levels and the third level includes an outdoor central promenade. The remaining five stories from the L-shaped hotel, topped with a rooftop bar.
69-02 Queens Boulevard is a two-tower mixed-use property in Queens, New York. The 500,000 SF development includes a 12-story and a 15-story tower supported by a shared three-story parking podium. Among the two structures, there are 431 units and 202 parking spaces. At the base of the towers is an 80,000 SF, 476-seat K-5 public elementary school along with 5,000 SF of retail space.
