Mr. Seijas has over 25 years of experience in the structural design and construction of new and renovated buildings encompassing a diverse range of residential, commercial, hospitality, and educational facilities. He possesses particular expertise in the design of reinforced concrete high-rise buildings and has extensive experience in award-winning projects, including complex, multi-million dollar developments. 27-41 West Street (Tower B) – Brooklyn, NY – A 41-story residential on the East River in Greenpoint. The reinforced concrete structure provides for rooftop gardens, swimming pool, basketball court and other amenities by means of multiple transfer systems. Architect: SLCE
Beckford Tower (301 East 80th Street) – New York, NY – This 400-foot, 33-story luxury residential building sits on a unique corner site. Concrete shearwalls and flat plate concrete slab construction provide an efficient and buildable structure. Architect: SLCE
Denizen Bushwick – Brooklyn, NY – A 1,100,000 SF project located on the old Rheingold Brewery site with affordable and market rate residences featuring cantilevered wings and hung columns to create dramatic courtyard spaces. Architect: ODA
