Mr. Sullivan, a principal in our New York office, has managed the design and construction of numerous high-rise residential and commercial buildings throughout the world. Over the past 20 years, the majority of his experience has focused on complex structures from stadiums and museums to ultra-slender high-rises. Bart has been heavily involved in state-of-the-art, performance-based building design techniques for a number of projects located in severe seismic zones and has an expansive knowledge of tall building behavior in high wind environments. His project experience extends out from New York to Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

130 William Street – New York, NY – A slender 60-story, over 740 ft. tall will provide luxury condominiums downtown featuring column free interior spaces at the top 10 floors. Architects: Adjaye Assoc / Hill West
Brooklyn Point at City Point – Brooklyn, NY – This 60-story, 680,000 SF luxury residential tower with its slender profile will be the tallest building in Brooklyn when complete. Two water slosh tank dampers are utilized to mitigate building motion during large wind storms. Architects: KPF / SLCE
11 Hoyt Street – Brooklyn, NY – A 52-story residential tower over a retail and amenity podium utilizing the ground floor and cellar structure of an existing parking garage on site. Architects: Studio Gang / Hill West
Torre Mitikah – Mexico City, Mexico – In order to address the high seismic demands, this 65-story residential tower was designed using an advanced Performance Based Design approach and will be the tallest building in Mexico upon completion. Architect: Pelli Clarke Pelli / Sordo Madaleno
Hudson Yards West Site 1– New York, NY – 1,000,000+ SF residential development as part of the Related’s Western Rail Yards redevelopment on Manhattan’s west side. Architect: Herzog & De Meuron / Ismail Leyva
50 West 66th Street – New York, NY – A luxury condominium on Manhattan’s upper west side standing over 750 ft. tall utilizing tuned liquid slosh dampers to economize the concrete structure. Architects: Snohetta / SLCE
