Based in our Miami office, Mr. Sullivan manages our overall Florida operations. He has particular experience with large scale and high-rise tower projects in high-velocity wind zones. Specifically, Andrew has significant deep excavation experience in permeable soil/high water table areas. With over 20 years working in the industry and acknowledged for his collaborative skills and innovative thinking, Andrew is accustomed to leading large project teams. His market sector proficiency includes hospitality and resort, retail, multi-story residential and commercial, healthcare, parking, and stadium structures.
