100 Las Olas is Fort Lauderdale’s tallest building, measuring 499 feet. It is comprised of a 121-unit residence and a 238-key Hyatt Centric hotel. The 45-story building offers retail at the base and five levels of parking with spots for 485 cars. The 16th story features resident amenities such as a fitness center, clubroom, newsroom and resort-style pool. The private residences span from the 16th-46th floors. The Hyatt hotel rooms complete the 8th-15th floors, with an 8th floor amenity space including a pool plaza, meeting space and ballroom. The curved geometric shape is made of steel and glass to create the feeling of transparency.
One West Palm is a mixed-use complex consisting of two sister towers in West Palm Beach, Florida. The 30-story towers are 426-feet, reaching the tallest height in the city. One tower consists solely of 326 luxury units. The sister tower contains 200,000 SF of Class A offi ce space on the top 15 stories, above a 201-key all-suites hotel on bottom 15 stories. Amenities consist of a 10,000 SF fi tness club, spa, movie theater, indoor pool, two outdoor pools, 25,000 SF of meeting space and indoor tennis courts. An eight-story podium connects the two buildings with a façade featuring lush greenery stretching from the top to the bottom of the structure. The podium includes six levels of parking with one below-grade level. On the ground fl oor reside 20,000 SF of shops, a daycare center, restaurants, and corner parks.
Solitair Brickell is a 50-story residential tower with an angular, basket-weave façade inspired by the texture of the Medjool date palm tree, commonly found in South Florida. The design and orientation avoids direct sunlight, solar radiation and incorporates wells to repurpose storm water. There are 438 apartments, most with zig-zagged and serrated balconies that make up the façade. Reaching 555 feet, the 50th-floor amenities deck includes one of the highest rooftop pools in Miami. In addition to the top floor amenities, the 10th floor consists of a fitness center, outdoor yoga space, spa and sauna room. There are 6,200 SF of retail at the base and a seven-story garage podium with parking for 463 vehicles.
City Hall Redevelopment is a 435,000 SF mixed-use development which replaced West Palm Beach’s former City Hall. The complex is made up of an AC Hotel, residences, retail and a multi-level parking structure. The AC Hotel West Palm Beach is made up of 208 keys; the residential component has 250 units. The 483-spot central parking garage resides between the hotel and retail components. It consists of two stories above-grade and two stories below-grade, under the entire development. A rooftop pool amenities deck is located within the courtyard over the garage and residential structure. There is a bridge that links the hotel with its three-story restaurant, part of the 30,000 SF allocated to retail and restaurant space.
