50 Post Office Square is home to Brown Brother Harriman’s 400,000 SF Boston office. The 18-story, Art Deco Verizon Building underwent a complete modernization, paying homage to the firm’s distinguished history, while fostering their forward-looking approach. The renovation combined three separate offices on 12 stories of the building for the single tenant. The incorporation of innovative and flexible workspaces, a cafeteria and conference center, and two double-height atria spaces provide BBH with communal and collaborative features. In addition, the renovation included modifications to the main lobby and streetscapes by adding 21,000 SF of retail and a 110-space below-grade parking garage.
