Casoni, located at 989 6th Avenue, is a slender condominium tower in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan, just north of Herald Square. The project includes 311 residential units across the 70-story tower, which reaches a height of 785 feet. The design features exterior terraces on the rooftop and the 23rd and 58th stories, in addition to over 25,000 SF of residential amenities. The tower crown consists of a tuned-mass damper to control wind motions.
