585 Kendall is a 16-story mixed-use building in the heart of Cambridge’s Kendall Square. The 600,000 SF development consists of a one-acre, indoor/outdoor park on the first floor followed by a 30,000 SF performing arts center with a 400-seat theater on the second and third floors. The remainder of the tower includes 500,000 SF of life science and office space, leased entirely by Takeda.
