440 Bedford is a purpose-built life science development in Lexington, Massachusetts. The project includes 310,000 SF of Class A laboratory and office space, in addition to a robust amenity program, including a large fitness center and golf simulator. The six-story steel structure features cantilevers up to 12’-6” at the east face, allowing for the building’s unique form. The development also includes an adjacent six-story, 575-space, precast concrete parking garage.
