2935 Zuni Street is a renovation and expansion project in Denver, Colorado. The previously existing Ochiltree Block building was built in 1892, and the 22,500 SF historic structure was renovated to provide an updated unit layout and a ground-floor cafe. The addition is structurally separate from the existing building and adds 19 units for a total of 38 apartments.
