2031 Eastern Parkway is a 100% affordable housing structure located in Brooklyn’s Bushwick neighborhood. The 20-story structure consists of 378 units atop a second-story 5,400 SF terrace, and ground level consisting of a 4,500 SF community room, 2,300 SF of social service space, a library, and a gym. This project is constructed directly above an 80-foot-wide Long Island Railroad (LIRR) tunnel and is a future part of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Interborough Express extension.
