201 Brookline Avenue marks Phase II of the Landmark redevelopment project. The 14-story office and laboratory building consists of 506,000 SF. Retail is located at the base of the building to enhance the Fenway neighborhood. The structure extends 46’ over an existing operational garage and cinema via story-deep trusses and supercolumns needling through the existing structures. This serves as another example of creating space for our clients where it otherwise wouldn’t be practical.
