100 Las Olas is Fort Lauderdale’s tallest building, measuring 499 feet. It is comprised of a 121-unit residence and a 238-key Hyatt Centric hotel. The 45-story building offers retail at the base and five levels of parking with spots for 485 cars. The 16th story features resident amenities such as a fitness center, clubroom, newsroom and resort-style pool. The private residences span from the 16th-46th floors. The Hyatt hotel rooms complete the 8th-15th floors, with an 8th floor amenity space including a pool plaza, meeting space and ballroom. The curved geometric shape is made of steel and glass to create the feeling of transparency.
