Mystic Center I is the first phase of a master planned complex. Phase I consists of a speculative office building of five stories between 150,000 to 178,000 gross square feet together with a full basement for parking and a cafe/restaurant in the ground floor. The development will eventually comprise approximately 947,000 square feet of office buildings; a 250,000 square foot parking garage; 30,000 square feet of retail space and a 280 plus room hotel. An enclosed pedestrian bridge will connect the new parking facility with the MBTA's Wellington Station in Medford, MA.
