This project consists of three buildings incorporated together in two phases. Phase I (Ellison) and Phase II (Blake) each consist of the demolition of several buildings on the site to facilitate the construction of new buildings. The first building is a 25-story structure which incorporates 300 beds and the second is a proposed 15-story building with 260 beds. The building systems are lateral moment frame combining metal deck on composite steel beams and girders.
